Environmental monitoring report

I. Legal grounds

  2. The Government’s Decree No. 18/2015 / ND-CP dated February 14, 2015 stipulating environmental protection planning, strategic environmental assessment, environmental impact assessment and environmental Protection plans.
  3. The Circular No. 27/2015 / TT-BTNMT dated 15 July 2015 about Strategic Environmental Assessment, Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Protection Plans.
  4. The circular No. 43/2015/TT-BTNMT dated September 29, 2015, on state of the environment report, set of environmental indicators and management of environmental monitoring data.

II. Synopsis

In 2016, the report on periodical environmental monitoring is also called the periodical environmental monitoring report, which is regulated by the Circular No. 43/2015 / TT-BTNMT.

Environmental motoring report is a form of assessment of short-term environmental quality in production and business establishments and reporting to competent authorities (specifically, the Division of Natural Resources and Environment, the Sub-Departments for Environmental Protection ), with the aim of re-evaluating the overall environmental status of facilities in the past, in addition to collaborating to implement the environmental protection of the establishment.indicator set and environmental monitoring data management.

Why do enterprises have to formulate of environmental motoring report?

Helping businesses better understand environmental control and thereby contribute to preventing pollution, developing pollution solutions and developing appropriate environmental treatment measures.

III. Objects

Production, business and service establishments as well as concentrated production, business and service zones are in operation and subject to the elaboration of environmental impact assessment reports and written environmental protection commitments. V. Procedure

Step 1: The environmental company receives the request, collects the project documents.

Step 2: Prepare and conduct the measurement and sampling of pollution sources

Step 3: Wait for the results to be analyzed and recorded in the report

Step 4: Complete the environmental monitoring report

Step 5: Send the completed report to the investor for viewing and signing

Step 6: Submit the report to the competent authority and send it to the investor. Handing over to customers.

Deadline for submission of reports

+ For medium- and small-sized projects, environmental protection planning has been planned before, environmental monitoring and periodical environmental monitoring reports shall be made periodically twice a year. every 6 months.
