What is an automatic water filtration valve?

Automatic cleaning valve (Autovan) is an electronic valve that operates thanks to control operations by electronic components installed synchronously together inside and monitored by the valve's external LCD screen.

Structure of automatic flushing valve

Normally, automatic flushing valves have the same structure including:

• LCD display screen: Helps users monitor valve functions, and know exactly what their choices are. The display screen includes 7 different languages
• Water inlet: Brings water from the source that needs to be treated 
• Water outlet: Takes filtered water to the faucet for use
• Wastewater pipeline: Wastewater after filtering will be taken out through the wastewater pipe
• Device for measuring the maximum speed of water transported in one hour: Relative measuring device, the amount of water flowing depends on many different factors
• Output transformer: Depends on each device

Principle of operation of automatic flushing valve

Often used for medium and large water filtration equipment systems. Depending on the number of entrances to the water source, automatic flushing valves are divided into two types: 3-door automatic flushing valve and 5-door automatic flushing valve.

First, unlock the valve to automatically operate. After starting the valve, operations on the LCD screen appear for customers to set, customize time, filter mode, and wash mode.

In filter mode, select the time for 1 filter cycle. Water will be led from the source into the filter tank. Through the valve's water inlet, water will pass through the valve. At this time, the filtering mode is started, the water will be filtered according to the time we set. Water is continuously filtered and sent to the faucet through the valve's water outlet. At the end of 1 filter cycle, the valve will automatically switch to washing mode

In washing mode, we have 2 options:

• Backwash mode
• Quick cleaning mode

Set the time to rinse the filter column and press enter. After filtering the water, dirt, moss, etc. are retained in the coarse filter column. At this time, the valve will automatically clean the crude filter column according to the selected mode and time

Next, set the salt suction/discharge mode. Depending on the mode and time selected, the valve will automatically perform those operations.

The role of automatic flushing valve

• Automatic flushing valves are widely used in domestic water treatment systems and water softeners
• Used in wastewater and industrial water treatment systems
• Used in swimming pool and swimming pool water purifier equipment
• Used in water filtration systems with coarse filter columns, demineralization, and removal of heavy metals that cause scum in the water
