Maintenance of DI water system - PURITECH Hung Yen Company

The DI water system is a pure water filtration system that uses an ion filter membrane to remove positive and negative ions in water at PURITECH Hung Yen factory.

The DI water system maintenance process includes the following steps:

1. Check and repair the piping system

Check pipes, valves, joints, floats, pressure gauges, etc. to ensure there are no leaks, cracks, rust, blockages or damage.

2. Check the pump room and water pump

Check and maintain pump components, such as bearings, bearings, valves, etc. to ensure stable and efficient operation.

3. Check the filter material

Check and replace coarse filter materials, such as sand, silica, activated carbon, ion exchange, etc. to remove impurities, sediment, heavy metals, bacteria and other contaminants in water . The average time to replace filter materials is 6 - 12 months.

4. Check the ion filter membrane

Check and replace the positive and negative 2-pole ion filter membrane, with an additional RO filter installed to filter pure water. The average replacement time for ion filters is 3 - 4 years.

5. Check the cleanliness of the water tank

Check and clean the water tank to remove dirt, algae, microorganisms and other contaminants.

6. Check the control cabinet

Check and repair control cabinet components, such as switches, fuses, relays, etc. to ensure safe and accurate operation of the system.
