➡️ Step 1: Treat source water

Source water is stored in a tank of sufficient size, suctioned by a booster pump and sent through an iron and heavy metal removal device. At the iron removal device, under the effect of a layer of filter material, it allows to remove impurities and suspended sediment while also treating a part of the iron and Mn content remaining in the source water. Also here, thanks to the special feature of Cozoset seeds, it will flavor the water. Then, pure water is produced and continues to be fed into the deodorizing device (activated carbon filter).

➡️  Step 2: Deodorizing treatment, Carbon treatment

Once the water has been filtered through the iron removal device, the water is sent to the deodorization device, where the process of producing purified bottled water will continue and the device will absorb toxins in the water at the same time. Removes color, odor, taste and oxidants and organic substances in water. It is a pre-treatment device that protects materials for downstream equipment.

➡️  Step 3: Water softening treatment

Next in the pure drinking water filtration process is: Water after going through the activated carbon treatment equipment in the production process is sent to the soft treatment equipment. Here, water hardening components such as Ca, Mg... are retained and a number of other cations are also retained. The treated material after one cycle of pure water production will be saturated and restored to its original state by reconstitution by an automatic valve. Water after softening hardness < 17mg/liter is the basis for operating reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration membranes.

Once the water has passed through the iron removal, deodorization and water softening equipment, the water continues to be pumped by a 2-suction booster pump to the fine filtration equipment, allowing the complete removal of suspended components and sized sediments. big. Reducing turbidity caused by residues is the basis for operating the reverse osmosis membrane process.

➡️  Step 5:  Reverse osmosis treatment

When water has been filtered through the production process using a fine filter device, it is sent to a reverse osmosis device, this is the most important device that determines the quality of finished water. Here, under the effect of osmotic pressure (created by a high-pressure pump), the reverse osmosis filter removes metal ions in water while treating up to 90% of bacteria in the water. Make high purity water. The quality of the finished Lavie pure water production process depends on the osmotic pressure and water quality after going through pre-treatment equipment before RO technology .
