Step 2: Grease separator tank
Wastewater generated from the cafeteria contains a large amount of grease, so it is necessary to separate grease before being transferred to the treatment system. Oil and grease separated periodically must be removed according to regulations.
Step 3: Wastewater treatment in the air tank
In the air tank, there is a gas distribution device to regulate the flow and concentration of wastewater, preventing unpleasant odors.
In addition, the tank is also installed as an automatic water pump to regulate the flow of wastewater when pumping water into an Anoxic tank.
Step 4: Wastewater treatment for ecological zones and resorts in the Anoxic tank
The Anoxic tank contains anaerobic microorganisms (Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter), which promote nitrification and phosphorus, reduce N and P elements in wastewater, and then transfer wastewater to the Aerotank.
Step 5: Aerobic treatment at Aerotank

Step 6: Sedimentation tank
After passing through the Aerotank, water flows into the sedimentation tank; the mud settles to the bottom of the tank, and clear water flows through the intermediate tank.
To treat sludge in the sedimentation tank, a part of the sludge is circulated in the anoxic tank, and the residual is sent to the sludge tank.
Step 7: Disinfection
Before passing through the filter tank, water is disinfected. Here, chemicals are mixed in a certain ratio to sterilize. The outlet water meets the standards.
