• Birm seeds have the ability to absorb arsenic (0.2mg/g), thereby eliminating large amounts of toxic arsenic that affects human health.

How to use brim filter beads safely

When using brim beads for water filtration to effectively remove iron as well as some heavy metals, it is necessary to strictly comply with the following technical requirements:

• The amount of oxygen always needs to be fully supplied because in the filtration process using brim particles, the amount of dissolved oxygen must reach 15% - 20% of the iron content in the water.
• Water before passing through the brim iron removal filter, the pH concentration in the water must be balanced at 6.8.
• The most important factor is that the water does not contain hydrogen sulfate (H2S), oil suspended on the water surface and polyphosphates because these are components that reduce the ability of brim seeds to filter out iron.
• Excess chlorine concentration in water reduces the catalytic ability, preventing the iron removal process of brim seeds, so the amount of chlorine needs to be controlled at less than 0.5ppm.
